The Gregg Klice Community Center Advisory Committee was established in 2014 by long‑time patrons of the Center who recognized the need for a dedicated group to advocate for the Center and its community. That same year, the Board of Parks & Recreation Commissioners approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) outlining the Committee’s roles and responsibilities.

Since then, the Advisory Committee has served as a bridge between the community and the Center, working to ensure that programs, operations, and services reflect the needs and aspirations of the people who rely on the GKCC.

Our Commitment

• We meet every 2nd Saturday with the Center Director and staff to discuss programs, operations, marketing, maintenance, and security.

• We invite and encourage Center patrons to participate in these discussions.

• We provide an annual report to the Board of Commissioners summarizing our activities and impact.

• Many of our members have been part of the GKCC community for more than a decade, demonstrating deep commitment and continuity.
